The lady helping me was lovely.

The friendliness of the staff, the time they gave. The selection of products.

Joanne was informative in the product we were looking for. Offered assistance when we arrived as we wanted to browse was happy to leave us to it. When we had made a decision Joanne was able to assist and offered advice on a better product for our needs which we purchased. We did not feel obliged or pushed into upgrading our choice.

The staff were vety friendly and knowledgable with good humour. We sorted a delivery date but that went while we were sorting the finance so a much later date was found for when we were available again. Iulia bothered to ring from Dreams this morning to give me the choice of 2 much earlier dates that she hoped would work for us. One does.

Visited twice, Both times staff were attentive but not pushy. Liked being left alone to look - felt we could take as long as we wanted.

The lady that helped me was amazing. She was so good I tried to send a letter to management this morning. She was recommended by a work colleague not dreams per say because of ilulie her customer service is outstanding. I loved Dreams however without this amazing lady it would not be so outstanding.

I knew what I wanted before I got there. The assistant didn’t try to fob me off with anything else either

Adam was superb on both visits. Firstly my wife popped into the store very short of time and he was able to show her the Firm and Very Firm beds quickly to get an idea. We then went back to the store today together and he remembered us, knew which beds we were interested in, provided very helpful advice and insight into the competing mattresses so that Leona and I could make an informed decision. Throughout both Adam and the rest of the team were superbly polite and attentive. They engaged with our children to allow the two of us to focus on the choice of mattress. Adam was then able to complete the order, offering us the various options as we went through including explaining that a military discount would be available but only after the sale and the removal of the old mattress amongst others. All in all it was a genuinely excellent buying experience. Thank you to Adam and the team!

Very pleasant staff & not to pushy to make a sale. We were given plenty of free time to browse & try the different beds. Great selection on display to allow us to find the best one for us. Placing our order was quick & efficient with a speedy delivery date as well Overall a very positive experience & thanks Dreams at Salisbury.
