Dreams - Salisbury

We were formally welcomed to the stores which is highly unusual and our sales represented gave us a personal introductions; again an unusual occurrence. We were very pleased with our experience and left with a product that met our requirements; again thanks to our representative.

Everything went so smoothly even though I was placing txhe order by phone. Helen at your Salisbury store was most helpful and attentive. I was most impressed.

Really helpful staff who recognised our budget & found the perfect solution with Amex display mattress. Very friendly & chatty & appeared genuinely engaged even though Kate in the day. Much better than both Bensons & DFS that we also visited

I was greeted very nicely and politely when I came into store I was showed around and what different mattresses and explained what was what offered a cup of tea or coffee and left to pick one I liked then when purchased Helen was very good and explained everything in detail .

Joanne and the team were really great, we have been in a few times to look at beds and always found the manager and team extremely helpful

As soon as we walked in the staff were very friendly and we were offered a tea or coffee which gave a good feeling straight away. The colour coding was explained clearly and really helped. I had different questions regarding things such as back support and the fact that my bed base has slats and these were clearly answered. Sales assistants were friendly but not pushy. Very efficient ordering-very pleased.

I was shown what was on offer by a young assistant who referred to a colleague when she was unsure about a request that I made.

Very nice staff, showed me all the products, let me test the pillow and staff helped each other to make sure they showed me all the available pillows. Very friendly. And i got a nice cup of tea.
