Dreams - Salisbury

The manager and staff of the Salisbury branch were excellent. Very helpful, spent time going through everything and even made me a coffee. Would highly recommend this store.

The shop assistant was very helpful and gave us advice when we were not shore which mattress to buy The store was very well laid out with many displays on show . Are order was prosesed including delivery date with no hassle.

The assistants were not overly attentive and left us to explore and make our own decisions but they were available for additional information and questions. All the staff members were most pleasant and we were offered tea or coffee on arrival.

The assistant Joanne was very knowledgeable on the products didn’t over shadow us left us to have a look round but was there to answer questions we didn’t feel hounded like you do in some shops and she offered us a drink while we looked. Gave us relevant info to suit our budget

I found the Dreams assistant Helen extremely helpful as I asked her lots of questions which she had to repeat the answer to a few times as we tried out quite a few different mattresses. She left us alone and did not linger making us feel uncomfortable but was always there to answer the next question. She had very good product knowledge. We chose the mattress in the store but said that we needed to discuss it at home - which we did. Helen put us under no pressure but was pleased to be of help to us. We could easily have looked elsewhere to compare prices but her attitude towards us in store made us feel we wanted to buy from Dreams, hence we phoned her as soon as we had returned home and placed the order.

Warm welcome to the store. Friendly attentive sales staff (Rebecca) but not at all pushy - allowed us time to try out products but was quickly on hand when we had any questions.
