Dreams - Salisbury

On arrival i was asked if I needed any help i got very good positive response and shown mattererses that i may be interested in once i had found the materes i liked i got offered a cup of tea and Joanna the college who took my order was very helpful and very polite and i came away feeling very positive with my purchase

It was lovely to be greeted as soon as we entered the store, to be asked if we needed assistance then to be allowed plenty of time to try the beds out while the staff member answered any questions we had. I was also informed by my husband on the way home that because of us they even remained open a little past closing time without rushing us at all. I will definitely recommend Dreams, particularly in Salisbury.

The assistant Helen was very helpful,understanding and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff I don't remember her because I'm useless with names but she was great she came to us when we came in offered us a drink asked us what we needed we said we were just looking to try out different ones she was attentive where required and then was overall great when we found the right matress I don't like pushy it puts me off but she left us to do out thing but explained all we needed.20 out of 10 service. Hence why we purchased from dreams.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted as my daughter had bought it 2 months previously. They had moved everything around so it wasn't in the same place but the assistant laughed and just looked up my daughters details and led me to the mattress! She was more than helpful, explained the financing to me as I wished to take advantage of the 9 months 0% free credit deal. The amount of time to wait is just over 4 weeks which I also found acceptable. Daughter is over the moon with hers and I am sure I will be too!

Friendly, hospitable & knowledgable member of staff, she was able to answer everything I asked with (I believe) a high level of knowledge.

Service in the Salisbury store is terrific. Julia, in particular was fabulous
