Assistant very knowledgea

The sales advisor was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased was all aspects of the service. The only downside is that we have to wait six weeks for my son’s Bluetooth bed but that’s because we have to wait for some more to be made!

If I could rate it any higher I would! First time bed shopping and the ladies were absolutely fantastic!! They completely sorted me out and guided me towards the perfect choices. They even had tester pillows! They were incredibly hospitable and even let me bring in my dog to see if she liked being under the bed I was buying. And an amazing coffee too. Fantastic service, fantastic products, incredible prices, outstanding!

Helen was extremely helpful, welcoming us into the store and guiding us through the available options. Whilst giving us plenty of time & space to try test for comfort. The sale wasn't pressured nor pushy allowing us to question and think. Resulting in a relaxed sale and hopefully comfortable nights sleep.

The lady who helped us told us all we needed to know about buying a bed which made it easyer to find the right bed for us.
