During our visit we were assisted by Alex, who showed an absolutely professional attitude at all levels. She offered her help discretely without being pushy. She patiently and attentively listened to our needs and she was able to offer us all all the options available in store and online. She was really knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions regarding prices, offers, features of all the items we expressed interest in. She was confident and precise while placing our order and she made sure we understood every step of the process. Finally she was friendly and calm and she made our experience totally stress-free.
