The assistant was able to answer all our questions about the different mattresses and she seemed to have a lot of knowledge. At no time did we feel under pressure to buy and she was very friendly.

Extremely helpful and friendly salesman (Paul in Ruislip Manor) who we had a great rapport with.

We were well informed of the different styles of mattress and where they were situated in the store. We were left to choose at our own leisure and once we decided we found the staff very helpful in explaining delivery date.
