Hemal was the name of the salesman, and we found him very helpful. He obviously knew what he was talking about and helped us a great deal. Would employ him if looking for staff.

Hemel from the South Ruislip branch has always been fanastic, full of knowledge and speed too. Second time we have been to dreams to order beds and been seen by Hemel.

As soon as we arrived, a member of staff asked us if we needed any help. She immediately started to ask me questions to try and understand our needs and what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable on all the products in store and how they could tend to my needs. On top of that she offered us tea and coffee which was nice. She was not pushy to sell us any specific products and allowed us to make our own decision with ease. She was very friendly and made the order process easy and simple to understand

I came to this store as I have spoken to Nish Patel in the store previously. There is a Dreams store nearer to where I live, but liked the knowledge Nish has and the advise he gave me. The staff made me welcome ,they were friendly , I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a bed

Alex approached us as we entered the store. We e planned that we wanted toook around. Alex respected our wishes and kept her distance but was always there when we had a question. Alex was very knowledgeable about all the products.
