We were assisted to find a bed frame we had managed to look online and then find a suitable mattress. We were offered with some great advice from Hemel. We were offered tea/coffee and made to feel very welcome. Hemel was friendly and pleasant during the whole time. He offered us to show different types of mattresses and seemed knowledgeable about the variety at dreams. I particularly liked that there was no pressure to buy a particular mattress and he made it clear that it was a personal choice. Me and my fiancee were very happy with his Hemel's overall manner and assistance during the whole time. He also explained the importance of pillows and offered a to show different types to help. We were impressed by his knowledge about the sleep study Dreams are now involved in. He showed us some apps which study sleep patterns and we thought it was fascinating stuff!
