Dear Dreams Unfortunately this part only allows 1200 characters to complete so I would put how fantastic Paul was from Ruislip Manor branch, he was so helpful and patient with us, he went above and beyond, over and over.

I was geting a bed and mattress for a family member, the experience of ordering the bed for her and getting it sent to a different address was made easy by the staff especially Prash in the Ruislip store

We had initially gone on the website and decided which mattress we were interested in but I wanted to see it in store. Parking excellent at the store. Found the mattress and a member of staff approached us and we told him what we wanted. Order process very quick and easy and the sales person very helpful. Transaction was completed and we left the store very satisfied. This is the 3rd time we have used Dreams and would return again with no hesitation.

They did it fast and were very good at their jobs.

There was a good range of products on display including beds and mattresses. The sales person Prashant was helpful. The 3 years interest free credit was very useful.

Paul was very patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. He talked us through our various options until we had found the perfect fit for us. The estimated delivery time for the headboard was 1 and a half months out which we were not happy with. He was able to offer us the headboard on display for a discount which meant the delivery would be in a few days time. Very happy with that.

Staff like Paul and his colleague are great assets to the store. Thank you
