Very friendly assistant who was professional and knowledgeable. Did not rush us or try to get a sale. He was on hand when we needed assistance. Really good customer service which seems to be lacking these days. Would definitely shop again when required.

My wife and I received a warm welcome when we entered the store. We were asked if we needed assistance. We did, and it was professionally given in a pleasing manner. We were not harrassed though in any way which was really nice, it can be really off putting. We looked at all the various types of mattresses, we already had one in mind but we wanted to view all the options, an amazing selection. We did however purchase the one we already had in mind. The sale was conducted very well, we did also purchase some nice new pillows plus a new mattress cover under the guidance of Nish who had been looking after us well. On the whole a very pleasant shopping experience.

The Sales Person Hemal was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He gave us space to make our decision and came back to us giving relevant advise. His product knowledge was very good. He was polite even offering us tea and coffee. When your buying a high price item as a mattress you need time and space to make your decision. I went to the Ruislip store as last year when I attempted to make this purchase at another store I left as the salesperson was too pushy! I definitely recommend Ruislip store

I found the right product at reasonable price. I felt i paid a little over the budget but then staff gave me assurance to try mattress for 30 nights and can return if not satisfied.
