The assistant Manoj was really helpful without being overbearing or pushy. He demonstrated the sofa beds and showed us how to operate them. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. Very impressive customer service!

The sales representative was fantastic. He gave us his full attention, offered refreshments, ensured that he listened to my needs and found the perfect solution. I went to browse but he was so good and I was totally happy so I made a purchase- had he not been as good as he was I would have waited.

Very present professional man. He showed us many different beds taking time with questions and answered.Made us coffee gave time for us to talk and discuss between our self.could answer all questions great discussion on head boards. Great service.

Paul greeted us when we entered the store and offered us a drink which was lovely as it was a very cold day. He explained the colour coding system of the store which was very useful so we weren't just trying every single bed. once we decided which type of mattress we liked he was very knowledgable and was able to help us narrow down which mattresses we would find comfortable. I would definitely recommend this specific branch of Dreams to family and friends.

Being unable to walk properly your staff ensured I was cared for very well , inclusive of a cup of tea on arrival and further beverage if required

Alex and Nish were very helpful, friendly and efficient. We found beds and good mattresses at delivery times suited to our needs and availability. Credit checks and interest free instalments for ten months is also a great and flexible benefit on top of the items. Good selection as well. And thanks for the cuppa!
