Dreams - Ruislip

We have purchased beds before at this store and have always found the staff and premises very good. We were offered tea or coffee and although we were fully informed by Paul of the type of mattresses available, he didn't follow us around and left us alone to browse and choose by ourselves, but we could always ask him a question if required.

Manoj was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the bed buying process very easy and stress free. There was no hard sell and he was happy for me to try out as many mattresses as possible. He gave me lots of useful advice based on the old bed I was replacing. When it came to delivery, there was no availability for just under a month and I needed the bed delivered by mid March, but the earliest date available was 21st March. I decided to try other bed stores to see if they had better delivery options. They had better delivery, but the deal at Dreams was much better, so I decided to go back to Dreams and complete the order, despite the later delivery. This decision was mainly down to Manoj and his friendly personality.

Manor the sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgable

Paul was very helpful and friendly. He was very patient while we looked at many different beds. He listened to our requirements and helped us come to decision. My husband and I have very different requirements. Overall a very good experience.

The Dreams employees were one of the main reasons I bought from Dreams. Especially one employee named Manoj at your Ruislip Manor branch. He quoted me a price, but I could not complete the deal until the following week. Came back a week later and got the same great customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We were served by a man called Hemal and the minute we walked in he was attentive, polite, knowledgeable and not at all in our faces. He offered us drinks, and when we mentioned we'd previously purchased a couple of beds a few months ago he looked up our order so we could compare what we were looking at with what we'd already bought.
