My whole experience with Dreams was relaxed and informative.I was offered a coffee or tea by Paul the assistant .I declined as just had one but to be offered a drink I thought was a nice approach to customer relations.I was guided through the bed experience which was a super relaxing feeling which lead to Paul showing me around each bed explaining and answering my many questions!.which was extremely important to me as I needed help with choosing the right bed .Which I choose after feeling so comfortable in the care of dreams.
