The man who served us, Usman at the Ruislip Manor Branch was very friendly and helpful. He knew what he was doing and advised us very well on the product we wanted.

He was very helpful and and knowledgable about the beds he showed me. He allowed me time and patience with the beds and I did not feel rushed in any way when choicing my bed. Overall a very pleasant and helpful member of your store in Rusislip Manor.

The service was very good. I bought 2 x display mattresses and 2 Lucia bases. The manager Nish was very professional and attentive.
