A friendly, knowledgeable (on probation) assistant. We visited Friday and took the weekend to discuss the options presented to us having tried a few mattresses to suit our requirements. Asked for the same assistant who took us through the order in a kind and friendly way.

I was greeted at the door and passed to Lisa who hadn't been in the job for long but was very knowledgeable and helpful, I was given a drink and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

In general my needs were met. EXCEPT DELIVERY TIME which was 5 LONG WEEKS AWAY. DESPITE HAVING THE ITEM IN STOCK

The service in Ruislip Minor branch was excellent. We been served by Manager Nish. This is was our second time to visit this branch we came back after few months as we had a very professional and informative session about beds and mattresses. Thank you
