John (Salesman) greeted us with a warm smile and asked if he could assist us. He was excellent in his knowledge of the product and professional throughout the visit.

The gentleman that served us was so kind and told us everything we needed to know about the beds we bought, he made us a hot chocolate drink and made us feel very comfortable.

Excellent service from Paul. Took time to help us make our choices. Very willing to assist and explain. Ensured we felt confident in our decisions.

We was greeted on entrance to the store, and directed to the beds range we was looking for. We was offered drinks and my son used the mattress test to determine the type of mattress he needed. The sales assistant was really helpful and saw our order through, took payment and advised us of the delivery date. We ordered a complete bed and a mattress for another frame (we already have). I will visit the Ruislip store again in the coming 2 weeks to order another complete new bed for myself. Overall very happy with the service my son and i received.

John, the seller we talked to, was very friendly, helpful and patient with us even if we were a bit difficult to reach a decision. Even if in the beginning we were not sure about whether we wanted to go ahead with the purchase or wait a bit longer, he really helped us to finally make our decision and go with the most appropriate products.

We were particularly impressed with the customer service we received from Prashant from the moment we walked through the door. We would definitely seek him out should we need to make a further purchase.

Called into dreams while shopping at the retail park, we were looking for new mattress and bed Lisa the shop assistant was easy to deal with, she had patients and took the time with us to try different mattresses till we found one we liked, then we continued looking for a bed frame and chose the one we liked, we returned to the store couple days later and made the purchases and very happy with our choice and the staff were pleasant to deal with

I would like to thank the team at Dreams, Ruislip, for their hospitable and friendly nature. They helped me in choosing three beds and frames for my new home. Nish, the store manager, was very knowledgeable about the products and found what best suited my needs. I cannot thank them enough. Very professional and personable! P.S. I loved the coffee!

The assistant (I think his name is John) was excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly, we really enjoyed our time in store and he made us feel comfortable
