Excellent staff with good explanation of products & price with good customer service.

We went to the store to look only and ended up buying due to the two members of staff who dealt with our order, put themselves out to explain everything and had an excellent knowledge of all the products they sold.

Was meant by Paul as we entered the door. He asked if we had visited the store before and explained the layout and where to find the different type beds. Put my daughter on the machine to test the type of mattress that would be more suitable for her. Offered us a choice of different beverages. Was polite throughout, very knowledgeable and made you feel very welcome

I was greeted on arrival by a very polite member of staff called Paul. He listened to what I needed and recommended the best options to suit me. He gave me his full attention and explained the different products in full. I couldn't have asked for a better level of service as it was excellent! Well done Dreams for your service.
