We were greeted personally by name! After the formalities to be observed for corona restrictions, we were served with nice cool water bottles. Then knowing our specific needs, we were taken around the shop and patiently explained everything. After the selection, ordering and paying process was also easy. After a friendly chat we bade good bye to dreams.

From first walking in the door I was welcomed by Cisa, she immediately offered appropreiate ppe & a bottle of water. when I explained what I was looking for she advised that I might try the sleep match, which I did this was helpful. Cisa showed me the beds that should suit me. I was able to test the beds with a pillow with a disposable cover & paper for the bed to protect me..I was also aware of all the hand sanitiser placed around the shop. I was quite anxious & Cisa was calm & understanding, we found what I wanted & I made my purchase.
