Very friendly and informative assistant (Lisa). Had the opportunity to try the mattress selector which provided a useful starting point for trying out the mattresses in the shop. The shop had a large and varied selection to choose from which gave greater confidence in the final selection.

When we arrived at Dreams Store in Ruislip we were Greeted By Paul , who was very welcoming. As soon as you enter there is a Sanitizing Station, disposal gloves and we were offered drinks as well. Paul also explained the 2metres distance we had to keep during our visit. He was knowledgeable and patient with us when helping us choose the right mattress. The store was very clean and we felt safe shopping at Dreams. Overall a Great Service.
