Nish took time to understand our needs and we did not feel rushed. Wasn't too pushy either and respected our views. Great experience and would come back

We are both in our 80s and I use a stick, making it difficult for me getting around, but both Nish and his young assistant John were really great. Nish showing me the bed with strengthened sides which was better for getting into and out of bed easier, ideal for me. John was very friendly and patient while helping me with my mobile getting my mobile number from my phone and helping with forms, especially as we’ve never taken out a loan before so had no Credit score, so John phoned up your loan company and sorted it all out Instead of it all being stressful it was actually a pleasant and at times amusing experience plus two lovely cups of coffee. Your staff trying scheme has certainly has worked. Many thanks Carole harvey

John was an excellent sales person, who spent time with us finding us the right mattress. We used the machine and he helped us find the ideal mattress

It was a wonderful experience with Prashant providing a demo for the bed satisfaction meter and the comfort level and also suggesting which one is better for our back and neck.

Great assistance by the store manager Nish. Very helpful. Offered us hot drinks, and made us try the sleepwell machine to find the right mattress.
