Paul was very welcoming and friendly. When we told him what we were looking for he was very helpful and showed us the several beds which we could choose from. He was very knowledgeable of the product we were looking for and his help was very much appreciated. He didn’t rush us into to making a decision and answered all our questions satisfactory.

All the staff were very welcoming and help us by the perfect bed and mattress for us! We also had our 2 year old boy with us and they were very kind and he also loved the experience

We were shown the choice of bed that we required and were shown various mattress options with recommendations for the type of usage that we required and allowed to try out. Paul our salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable, placed our order efficiently with other information given. The store was observing the recommended covid guidelines. The staff were friendly and helpful.

i was met with a warm greeting on entering the store i was not rushed into a decision i loved the way your technology in the store can help on deciding what mattress was best for me. although the mattresses that were shown to me were very expensive the assistant understood my price budget and did not force the higher price mattresses on me the experience from start to finish was very good

Prashant is an extremely talented salesman , gives you a load of information but does'nt push you Quick efficient and friendly and making sure covid restrictions are adhered to . Hope my bed does not disappoint

Was served by a delightful young lady called Lisa. She welcomed me into the store, took me to the sanitising station, offered me a choice of hot/cold drink. She was very attentive, showed me several options within my price range. She allowed me with my own pillow to lay on several beds, not hovering while I was trying them. A credit to the company
