We were welcomed in store by Lisa and we were offered a drink. Lisa took us to the Sleepmatch device where we were tested to obtain more precise indications on the right type of mattress. After that, Lisa guided us through the shop inviting us to test a variety of products. She was very thorough at describing the technical features of the various mattresses and she was happy to answer all our questions. The selection process and the payment procedures were straight-forward and we were able to pick a few side items as well. The date of delivery was also tailored to your schedule.

Good Service

When me and my wife entered the store, Lisa welcomed us very nicely and also asked if we need any coffee or tea. She was very friendly and help us to find a right type of mattresses we are looking for. She knows very well what she was doing by giving us fruitful information regarding the size of the mattress. She was too good.

We are highly satisfied with the work done by Lisa. Really appreciate her efforts assisting us in finding right mattresses.

It is my best mattress buying experience and we have bought a few. I was also impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the two gentleman who delivered our new mattress. It was up 2 flights of stairs and hard work but they were very pleasant, cheerful and helpful through it all. I also liked their attention to detail and how they were careful about my wall lamps and displays.

Further to this, I explained my situation, what I was looking for and I was immediately given expert guidance and service. I ended up getting the bed I wanted, the mattress I needed, some really good offers I wouldn't have got otherwise and left really happy.
