Helpful friendly staff. Prashant was great.

We visited few times and Paul remembered us very well. There are so many customers visiting the store but we were very impressed with Paul as he not only remembered us but also followed up else we may have explored other options. He has good knowledge and answered all our queries.

The Ruislip store staff were very friendly and attentive. Prashant assisted me in my search for the perfect mattress and a bed frame. He organised the sleep machine to match me with suitable mattresses which i then went onto test with his assistance. He provided a pillow with a cover to test each mattress. He also offered me liquid refreshments. He also advised me of the range of repayments available to me. He adhered to the Government Covid requirements with sanitising hands & social distancing. Prashant displayed great customer service skills.

I visited the store at a quiet time, and received excellent service from Prashant, and his Manager, they were very welcoming and knowledgeable, and I did not feel pressurised in any way to purchase, even after using the Sleepmatcher. I had put off buying a new mattress but they made the experience a pleasure. I am looking forward to receiving my new mattress.

The branch manager who assisted me was very knowledgeable on the range of products available. Dreams have a wide range of products to choose from and so making a final choice of bed was straightforward.

We are extremely satisfied with the assistance provided by Mr. Prashant of your store. The ambience, product knowledge, availability of the products and also customer care were highly satisfactory.

Staff knew very detailed information about the range of products and really helped to suggest products tailored for us rather than pushing what they wanted. Everyone in the team worked together and overall it was a brilliant experience. Given 2 other shops I visited from competitors, this was by far the best service.
