Our visit to Ruislip Dreams was very pleasant, safe (covid times) and productive. The shop assistant (Lisa) helped us from the moment we entered the store; offered us tea, coffee, water, maintained a safe distance from us (also had a mask on) and was sure to disinfect spray all the mattresses we had tested. She helped us with running the Sleepmatch test then helped us choose a suitable mattress, encouraging us to take our time to really get a good idea of what suited us. We also got all the information we needed for a bed purchase. She was so good that we left the store to double check our room measurements and then rather than buy online went back to store where she was happy to help us complete our purchases.
