Prompt service and advice given and product ranges clearly explained. Very pleasant experience with service staff which makes you shop again for any further needs. Overall very satisfied and the store is very spacious which makes shopping easier

we visited the Ruislip branch and a member of staff called Prashant served. his customer service skills were outstanding and the why he explained the products was very helpful. were purchasing a few items for different family members and he made sure all our needs were. the while experience was very swift and professional and his customer care skills were excellent.
