Lisa you store assistant at dreams ruislip was amazing, we were made to feel comfortable and offered beverages thought our time in store. Lisa was outstanding with her knowledge and assistance in finding a matress to suit our needs, we even enjoyed using your In store sleep evaluation mashine, overall a lovely experience and will be asking for Lisa every time we visit! She is a true asset to your team!

It was my first time visiting the store but was made him feel immediately at ease and, as I was only interested in pillows, I was immediately directed to the relevant area of the store I was assured that I could have all the time I needed and to use the beds for testing the pillows I received invaluable advice from the assistant and how to position pillows properly to ensure best posture and best comfort. It was a good learning curve which facilitated me in making the right choice of pillow. The courtesy coffee was much appreciated. I was impressed that the invoice and details were immediately emailed to me and with the shop assistants name. I like the carrier bags in which the new pillows were sealed.

The customer service was fantastic, me and my wife were monitored on the sleep technology bed, which I think is brilliant. Paul was able to really help with the cost of an ex display bed to help us out as a military family and throughout I couldn't have asked more from him. The store was clean tidy and relaxing. No pressure was put on us and we felt super comfortable to choose a bed. Thanks Paul and Dreams for a great experience and the care you provide to your customers.

The gentleman Paul was ever so helpful. I was really impressed with the bed that figured out the way myself and my husband sleep, very cleaver.

Previous to our visit, I had spent my whole life on standard spring mattresses and knew nothing else, until the staff member explained everything to us. We are shopping for our upcoming new home and after going between a few options in store many times, we settled on a super king Actigel 4200. This in itself is incredible, as aside from the spring technology, the gel and temperature properties just blew us away. Once the move finalises, we will place an order for delivery with no hesitation. In the meantime, the test pillows she gave us to try were cold to touch, as if they were refrigerated. So much so, we had to leave with 2 of them! The computer test for mattress selection was also much more advance than the other competitor we went to. Also the exclusive designs in many ways makes it easier for us, as we love the product already and no longer have to shop around anywhere else. You sell a product which is worth investing in for us, and clearly you have invested heavily in it for us too.
