Very polite, and I had immediate attention from the staff who were very helpful

I was received well upon my arrival. The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. Also the price for our purchase was cheaper than we expected. The only thing I will say is that we will have to wait longer for the delivery and everything though our purchase was quality I have not slept on it yet because it hasn’t been delivered.

We were seen quickly when entering the store and Paul kindly showed us the mechanism of the Ottoman bed that we had asked to see. He offered us a coffee whilst we went through the details of the bed we wanted to order and was very thorough in explaining to us how the guarantee/warranty worked. Great customer service!

We were greeted sincerely when we entered the store by Paul.His knowledge, help & advice was exceptional.I am a full time wheelchair user & his patience & understanding with meeting my needs was superb.It was a real pleasure shopping at Dreams, Ruislip Manor.
