We were Highly Satisfied with our experience at this Dreams store as Paul, the assistant was very approachable & he had a wealth of knowledge. He encouraged us to try the store bed to system in store to find the best type of mattress for our sleep needs. Paul was very patient and courteous throughout the sales process.

Very good product knowledge and we’re not pushy for a sale like other competitor stores we had visited the same day. Helped us try various different mattresses till we found the right one for us. And we tried loads and both Paul and Lisa were very patient and listening to our needs and offered good advise. Would highly recommend Dreams and the Ruislip branch in particular to family and friends or anyone after a new bed.

I didn’t feel hounded. I’ve been to another Dreams and they were just too pushy. The Ruislip store was a completely different experience. I wasn’t followed around but the team were available the second I had a question and needed help.

Usually we feel as though we are pushed into a sale however your salesman was just being purely helpful sharing his knowledge & letting us make the correct decision financially and practically. A true asset to the company.
