The lady serving us was clearly new, and after filling out the credit form she had forgotten to ask us a qs, and had to start all over again. This time she got her colleague to fill the form in, and he wasn't very thorough (it was close to closing time and we could tell the staff wanted to leave). He was saying "we'll just put anything in here, it doesn't matter" and as a result we were rejected credit. (our credit history is impeccable and this has since made a bad mark on our history!). We had been in the shop for almost an hour at this point, and had to leave empty handed as they were basically kicking us out. We have since been back and just bought the bed outright, becasue it was the bed we wanted - if i could have found it elsewhere i would have gone! Even though we are setting up our first home and could have done without paying £1000 out! I would recommend the beds, but will not be returning to the Ruislip store.

Everything was running smoothly until the Invoice was raised. There was number of confusions with regards what I was told and what was actually put down on the Invoice. Particularly when I was informed the extra discount of 20% included the bed and the mattress. This was not the case as I only got discount of 20% on the mattress. There was also little confusion on extra payment of having continental draws. So the experience at the end left us with not very good experience. There was a point when the sales person appeared little flippant even though he was the one who made a mistake.

The bed was on offer at around £1799 with a further 20% to be discounted, when i'd racked up the extra's i actually paid over £2500. I could not get my head around the pricing mechanism (it's fair to say i upgraded the base to an Ottoman which added cost however don't see the discount being applied or the extra 20%).

The manager Nisheet was brilliant but the colleague who was taking my payment, it was very difficult to understand him and what he was saying.

The assistant was rude, did not understand what we were asking for even though we requested a specific delivery date several times and eventually had to speak with her manager to find out if what we were asking could be done (which was simply requesting a delivery date of our choice!!!!!!) which she was very unhappy doing. We felt a burden on her and she couldn't have been less helpful and miserable. I won't be shopping there again.

I ca,e n for a mattress topper. The salesman showed me some mattress alternatives one of which was a good price and he without a head sell, made me think of upping my budget to the lower end mattress. The additional costs of delivery and removal of old mattress however meant I couldn't afford to progress. Whilst none of this is a problem, I explained my budget and the salesman (who had only shown and discussed 3 mattresses with me) left me as a no sale. At no point did he discuss the seemingly endless other mattress choices that were available and left me to spend an hour investigating until I happened to come a cross what looks like an acceptable mattress for the right price. His sale attend only went as far as he wanted, which were on saleroducts, and whilst they might be better than the one I chose, he clearly didn't want to help me. If it hadn't been urgent I would have gone elsewhere. I didn't want aught salesman, but I did want someone to hel me find a solution to myroblem. Not impressed.

I purchased two Tempur pillows along with a Tempur mattress on Saturday. I was not advised at any point during the sales process that the pillows were not something I could return if not happy with them nor that i could not cancel the overall order. While I signed the form that indicated these facts, this was done at the end of a long order process and the crucial point around your return policy was not explained. When i returned to your store less than 24 hours later, having stated the pillows had not been removed from their packaging as my partner and I found them too hard when we tried them at home (surely something your sales staff should have asked us to do?) I was told to call customer services, with a significant change in the friendliness of your sales team, who simply shrugged their shoulders, provided me a run down of what they claimed the t&c's of my purchase were and ushered me out the door. Very dissatifying.

I was very satisfied with my visit to the Ruislip branch of Dreams. The manager and staff were very friendly and available to help with all my questions. They understood what I was after and helped me and my daughter find the right products

We are moving home and specifically told NM16 ( why can names not be given?) that delivery should be at a date to be advised when we knew completion date. The following day, 3rd June, I received a call from an assistant saying delivery would be 9th June. I again said not until advised. Today I received a text to say delivery would be made to the new address on 9th. I will be speaking to NM 16 tomorrow.
