I don't like the way he ignored my budget and tried to sell me the most expensive mattress first.

I bought a new bed with my partner, she became very confused with the different prices and ended up spending £300 more than we needed to. Also, the employee appeared to have a very 'salesman attitude' and only confused her more. The classic 'add-on' prices at the end of the bill were very confusing too. Despite this, we are happy with our purchase as we have ultimately ended up with a better bed, but still paid more.

Think the dreams policy speach that your poor assistants have to spiel could be just be in the T&C's paper work for the customer to read if they wish so but that is not taking anything away from the assistants professionalism.

My experience at the store was very satisfactory. I was a little disappointed with range of headboards and was only offered a chose of those on display, which was very limited.

No one come over to offer any help & we had to wait for someone to help & it felt very rushed

Because the product was very expensive and there was not a lot of choice in the range that we wanted

The delivery date detailed on your web site did not correspond with the delivery date on your in store system. I'm under the impression rightly or wrongly that because i ordered from in store that I will have to wait for a extra 2 weeks for my order ?
