I was very pleased with our experience in purchasing our bed & mattress and only time will tell as to complete satisfaction. As I work in customer service myself I always feel there's room for improvement otherwise there's a tendency to be complacent

I was told by Alex who was most helpful that you price match items when I returned to the shop the next day a male sales rep. queried this with the manager and told me only if the online website has a shop? Alex was most helpful and checked the internet then the manager excepted my price match and the problem was resolved.

The pillows I bought for £100 still smell and I still haven't used them. They have a horrible smell it's not going. And I was so looking forward to using them

It's not true that I wasn't highly satisfied, in fact I was very highly satisfied with the level of service received.

Hard to focus in on which matresses were available to match my needs. They were dotted around and not together. Expertise of assistants limited (although they were straightforward about their lack of knowledge, which is good). Preferred mattress not available in extra firm. Confusion on posted prices with differing discounts and inclusions (or not). price for what I wanted higher than I expected, especially at sale time.

the experience was very good. The price of the products were excessive but that was tempur range not dreams.

The staff were very friendly. However, the selection of different beds (not mattresses) was not as much as I thought it would be. There was not a great variety.

Its not a case of not being 'highly satisfied' as we were 'suitably satisfied' and enough to complete our order after also visiting another bed shop.

One Computer was broken so it took a while for the one working computer to be available.
