I ordered a Cromwell double matress and a Wilson (dark grey) double bed frame. The assistant accidently put the wrong mattress on the invoice. When he called back to amend the order, the delivery date slipped back from 31st August to the 10th September 2018. The original delivery date was perfect as it was a present for my daughter, so is away next week. The new delivery date falls on when I am back at work, so it will be difficult for me to take time off for the delivery.

Range of products seemed confusing.

I think the price of goods are bit high.

My closest store didn’t stock the item I wanted and they told me to get on a bus to the next store in Ruislip! Very far!

The delivery policy. £10 extra for a delivery on a Saturday ? For the money I've spent on your shop I reckon I suppose to have free delivery.

All the explanations were thorough and helpful, but did take rather a long time.
