The bloke who’s waved us was really helpful he tried his best to get what we wanted even low as our of stock he didn’t mind us asking him back over again and again for questions on each bed we looked at

I was very satisfied with my experience at Ruislip Manor Dreams niche and pratt were extremely friendly and helpful with getting me a delivery time that suits me. And also were very professional.

Paul at HA4 8PT was fantastic! He sold us our previous bed some years ago and we got the same exceptional service this time round. His consistency should be acknowledged!

Greeted as soon as we entered the store. Explained what we wanted and Paul immediately showed us the best value products. High level of customer service throughout

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who found our needs and invited us to use the computer test bed which identified suitable mattresses for us. We were then introduced to a salesperson Lisa who was very friendly and knowledgeable and spent time to help us get the best products for us and without being pushy made suggestions for other items that would make our new mattress even better. So we’re very happy with our experience with Dreams

I was greeted by Paul on entering the store offered refreshments, asked what I was looking for he went through all the bed types, mattresses, headboards, beds with storage, etc told me basically everything I wanted to know, and he went through all the prices and so on, he was very helpful and thorough and so now I've placed my order and I went away feeling happy with my order thanks to Paul 😁

i was approached within 2 minutes by a friendly assistant who listened to my needs and immediately showed me options, prices etc. Then the sale was straight forward and quick and i would visit the store in the future knowing the service was more than satisfactory.

For all of the reasons stated. It was very professional yet friendly enjoyed our experience at Dreams.
