Because I got what I was looking for - a new comfortable matress.

As we did not get the delivery date we wanted, but the customer service was excellent

I think the price point for a single bed is too high there should be more affordable choices especially at this time

Very expensive

The up-selling was on an embarrassing level. It included pillows, extra cover insurance, mattress protectors, taking away my old mattress, and also trying to charge me an extra £40 to arrange a morning or afternoon delivery slot; frankly it was beyond irritating and annoying to the point of intimidating. Your cheapest mattress I could feel the springs by just placing my hand on it! God knows how anyone could sleep on it! Very little choice for those of us not blessed with fat pay packets. Apparently if I don't like the mattress I can send it back within 14 days but will be charged £49 for the pleasure of it! Won't be using you again and definitely could never recommend you to anyone I'd like to keep as a friend!

Asked for time to look but was not left alone, felt rushed into making a decision

Overall, I was very satisfied

I have also seen a %70 discounted mattress in the store, but I didn't like its quality and I don't believe its value discounted from that price.
