Friendly and helpful staff, with a pain free transaction. I received my confirmation email as advised and received a t St with a confirmation on my delivery. So all round good communication

the girl Ruby was not too pushing not at all in your face ,but yet was there when we had questions. Very good and we a bit of a joke over the purchase.

The assistant who helped me was Lesley. She was extremely patient and very helpful. She was happy to spend time with me and go though various options and explain the advantages of the various mattresses. My only disappointment was that delivery would be so long. As we are moving to a new house we will be without a bed for a week

Good service and friendly assistance

Good customer service, bit disappointed that the pillows we chose were out of stock and then when they were delivered, one pillow came first and the 2nd the day after. Apart from that, everything has gone smoothly. delivery of the bed is 25th April. Hopefully that will go smoothly as well. Could not fault the staff, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Narvinder was lovely, really helpful. Thank you.

I found what I was looking for, staff were very nice and had a laugh also. I love my bed. Also the delivery men were very helpful. They put the bed together.

The general manager Nish at Ruislip was most helpful unlike the store in Staples corner where a man called gauhar made me walk out as he was so unprofessional but the manager Litin did ask me to return but in all honestly I went to Ruislip and it was a stress free experience.

I was explained well how to make sure I get the mattress for my requirements.
