From start to finish, from shop service to your fabulous delivery guys we couldn't be more satisfied. The salesman was well informed & incredibly helpful, as well as being accommodating of our rather excited young children. Your delivery guys were really polite & friendly, super helpful, and tidy. Massive kudos to you and your team, for providing us with excellent service.

An assistant took care of us from entry into store until completion of our order

On entering the store, the assistant Paul Skinner asked me if I would prefer to browse or if I knew what I wanted he would assist me further, he was pleasant and very courteous in every way throughout my visit and advised me on all alternatives available regarding my choice of mattress. If all the staff at Dreams are of this high calibre, they will, like him be an assett to your company.

Nish and Paul helped with choosing the correct mattress and base and explained everything thoroughly. I was able to select and buy very quickly.

We spent a lot of time measuring beds as we needed a specific size to fit in our new loft room. Paul was very helpful showing us different beds letting us know which beds would fit.

On entering the store a member of staff approached me with a very warm smile and informed me that he can help me browse or come to my aid when needed. I then explained what I would like he then proceeeded to help me browse allowing me to try out the different beds explaning as we went along including all aspects including price. He allowed me to make up my mind giving me space but always being attentive. He was very personable and friendly allowing friendly banter. My family of 5 were made cups of tea and nothing was too much. We were also provided with biscuuits. when ordering the items every care was taken to highlight detail and functions.
