IT WAS A VERY ENJOYABLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, THE ASSISTANT, LESLEY WAS SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT I HAVE GOT THE CORRECT BED I WANTED WITH HER HELP, CANNOT PRAISE HER ENOUGH.

The staff member (Navinder?? in Ruislip) was friendly and did not hassle us which was really refreshing. He pointed out the area in which we needed to look for the type of bed we were looking for and invited us to try out the different models on display.

Paul was very help full and offered me refreshment. Understood my requirement for a quick delivery.

The sales person was very kind, friendly and warm towards me and caring plus he gave me his time.

I was very pleased because the salesman was friendly knowledgeable and not pushy at all

Great customer service on a very busy bank hol Monday aft. Staff were extremely helpful and did not hurry us (the cups of tea were a nice touch thanks) . We ended up spending £1200 +. Very good staff knowledge so could explain to us key differences between the beds to help us make our choice

The staff were very accommodating to our needs and took the times and effort to remove a bed head from another model to fit over the frame that we wanted.

We were greeted as we entered the shop and asked if we needed any assistance. We wanted to just browse first and were left alone to do so. When we then needed assistance for explanation of some technical points the manager was only too pleased to oblige.

Paul who dealt with us,was very helpful and pleasant, he left us alone when we wanted to look around after his initial approach and was immediately available when we had questions to ask
