the sales assistant (lesley)and the manager (nish)were very informative and helpful - and helped me select my products and gave guidance on other products in the store - it was quite refreshing to talk with people who were positive, helpful and interested. well done to them

The service was excellent and received all the information I required. I was not rushed and could ask as many questions as I needed. I tested all the matresses until I was happy. Pricing was very reasonable

Staff were attentive but not intrusive during our time in the store. They took on board what our needs were and advised accordingly.

The staff were very helpful without being pushy, especially Lesley who explained about the colour coding and the insurance cover. We also were offered a cup of coffee whilst we looked around the store.

A well laid out store not very busy ample carparking attentive staff but not over the top

We went to browse but because of the help we received from Paul the assistant we made a purchase we feel if we had shopped elsewhere we would not of received the help and choice we had at dreams so with this help we made the perfect bed may I also add the parking was also a great plus for us and the fact that a no time did we pressured to buy only sound and honest advice
