The colleague serving us; Narvinder understood the importance of customer satisfaction and meeting my needs as a customer. As a result we recived high levels of assitance and the knowledge were also very high. The service we recived from Narvinder was fantastic and it made the whole shopping expirence stress free and fantastic.

Narvinder, our sales assistant today was very helpful and informative. We thought we knew which mattress we were going to choose, but he showed us the other, slightly cheaper options available to us. We still chose the mattress we had originally liked, but it was nice to be shown other alternatives. We thought Narvinder was friendly and very helpful, but not at all pushy, which is nice! He also explained all of the payment options to us so we could work out the best one for us.

Staff was spot on with our requirement, we were in and out in around 20 minutes with mattress!

We were helped by a Dreams employee called Paul at the Ruislip branch. He was very knowledgable and provide my wife and I with all the information we required. He came across as a friendly staff member (Not pushy) and the whole shopping experience was a pleasure. When we left the store we felt we had received value for our money and we will definitely shop at another Dream's store in the future.

Our assistant Paul at the dreams store in Ruislip Manor was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know. He advises on the different types of mattresses them to give us plenty of time to try them out. He told us all that we want to know about the mattresses and was not at all impatient at the amount of questions that we had all the time that we took with him. In all we were extremely satisfied with our visit.
