Narvinder was the Dreams assisstant who helped me in the Ruislip Shop. He was very helpful and I found exactly the product I was looking for. He was kind and patient as I made my decision. I did not feel rushed or pressurised, in fact the whole experience was very uplifting. The store is so calm and welcoming. I cannot wait to get delivery of my new bed. Thank you Narvinder

I needed to replace a mattress & checked different companies online. This Dreams showroom was easy to reach from home to actually see the mattresses & the company recycles old mattresses. My choice was in stock, the staff were polite & Knowledgeable about their products & I was able to choose a convenient delivery date.

The clearance bed frame we wanted was in stock and in the colour we wanted. The colleague advised us on mattress types which helped us select the right one. Both were available for delivery on the date we asked for and we were even offered an earlier delivery day. We decided to take out the insurance, mainly because the mattress protector was thrown in for free and we were also given a free set of 4 pillows. Overall, very happy!
