When I arrived in store I was greeted by a gentlemen called Paul, first thing he asked was whether I wanted a drink and if I need anything please let him know. This was the first time I had ever been bed shopping, I explained to Paul that I have no idea what to look for so he spent 20mins explaining the process and items to me. I'd like to thank Paul & the rest of the staff in Ruislip Dreams for their support.

The shop was clean .The staff came to our assistance as soon as we entered the shop .He explained to us on what we looking for on our budget did show us different matresses of our needs. The best part was i came in your shop buy a single bed for my daughter and ended up buying bed for my myself and extra single size matress and the pillows.

Very attentive, helpful staff. Wide range of products with well trained staff to help you select the right bed for you. Clean store, beds colour coded for easy identification of type. Parking for customers. Interest free credit option allows me to buy a good quality mattress. Always used Dreams and have always been happy with the product.

I was very satisfied with the service we received, As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and the same individual helped us right through to purchasing the bed we required.

The assistant, Lesley, was very helpful and informative without being too pushy. There was plenty of choice.

There were staff available to help with our querirs

Good range of products. Member of staff was very helpful, but also left us in peace to get on with trying the beds out and discussing our options. He was always available when we had a question or needed help. There was not "salesman's pressure".

Our saleslady Lesley was extremely helpful. She explained the products and what was available very well and assisted us in trying cvarious matresses. very good experience. Can't wai to get the products ordered.

Assistant was very helpful, explained the colour code system, walk us through the product ranges, we were able to choose our mattress, on doing so we were introduced to Paul who carried out the payment transaction, he explained the terms of the exchange policy and delivery procedure. Very good service.
