The ruslip store was great freindly talked to us about the products we wanted gave us good info and recommendations would defenetly return to that store before there we went to the Hayes branch and was upset with it the staff were rude so we left but the ruslip store restored our faith

We said we wanted to buy a bed today and we were immediately offered coffee. Paul gave us undivided attention so that we completely understood the product range and we were able to make our choice and buy the bed we wanted.

YOUR STAFF AT THE RUISLIP WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY - THEY GREETED US ON ARRIVAL NATURALLY. NO HARD SELL. WE THEN WENT ON TO VIEW COMPETITORS PRODUCTS IN FURNITURE VILLAGE, BENSONS, BEDTIME (LOCAL INDEPENDANT). WE THEN CAME BACK TO RUISLIP AND MADE THE PURCHASE OF 2 BEDS AND BEDDING. WE ARE ALSO GOING TO RETURN TO ORDER SOME BEDROOM FURNITURE. YOUR STAFF AT RUISLIP WERE EXCELLENT - EXPECIALLY THE GUY THAT SERVED US. The 2 guys working were very friendly and had a laugh with me and my girlfriend, they left us alone to browse and when we werr ready made everything easy, offered us a couple of deals, (not their fault ex display mattresses are grubby!) did'nt take, but still managed to get us to take pillows, duvet, covers and more, the whole process was straight forward and easy, i hope the delivery process goes as well,

The staff were friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgable about the products they were selling. Access and parking was good

Found the shop assistant Lesley to be most informative as we didn't really have a clue about mattresses. Thanks to her, I think we made the right decision.

Customer service in shop was very good,all very helpful and friendly. When delivered the young men were very helpful and so polite have not had such good service from a shop in a long time 10 out of 10
