Good selection of different beds to try and knowledgable staff who helped show and exolain the various types of bed

The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose the bed I wanted without putting any pressure on me. I felt that the member of staff who took my order was very considerate and polite. I was very impressed with the way I was looked after during the whole process.

We weren't fully sure of what bed we required and we received lots of help to make a decision to suit us. There was no pushy sales people. We had a budget and they helped us stick to it.

The store colleague Narvinder was very helpful in providing us with advice and quickly getting the order processed. We were also happy that the bed could be delivered on the date we requested. Very reasonable price for the mattress and happy with the overall experience.

I am sorry we did not take the name of the assistant who served us he was polite, knowledgeable and whilst we had only started to look there and check out other shops we stayed and bought there and most of it was down to him.

I mainly spoke and met with a gentleman called Nish who was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. Most of my dealings have been with Nish and I think he is a credit to your company - I really couldn't fault him. Whilst he was away I also spoke with an met a gentleman called Paul - also very good. I am very happy with Dreams and have already recommended your company to several colleagues. I spent a long time looking for and trying out beds and never felt rushed or under pressure to decide - really superb service from Nish especially. Please thank him for me.
