Good customer service and knowledge

I received an email regarding the new range of M-line mattresses. In entering the store it was easy to find the items we were looking for. A dreams employee welcomed us, gave us a couple of meetings to test them out, before coming over to advise us on the purchase. He showed us the nearest peer product and talked through the differences. We settled on what we wanted and the transaction was done in good time and humour. Overall, a satisfied trip, thank you
