Dreams - Ruislip

Store was well laid out with colour coded pillows for type of mattress. Staff were available and helpful. Order was placed quickly and efficiently. Only thing I don't like (and have never agreed with) are your delivery costs. It seems churlish of you to charge to deliver something that costs £967 when it clearly has to be delivered - unless one has a van!

PAUL SERVED US AND HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEGEABLE TO THE PRODUCTS IN STORE.

I was highly satisfied because me and my mother received a welcome as soon as we entered the store. We got offered something hot or cold to drink. At first looking around nothing jumped out at me until we was approached by a member to give us guidenice in what we was looking for. I have to admit we did leave the store and go to a bed shop across the road but that store was not organised neither welcoming and the quality was not DREAMS. So we came back and explained to the advisor had a ly down on the bed and was sold. The transaction was done in less than 5 minutes. The comfort dreams has to offer is unexplainable.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A POSITIVE ONE

I was seen to very promptly by Hemal. My needs were met in no time at all (it helped that I knew what I wanted!) But Hemal helped me to think of things I hadn't thought of before like other comfort ratings of mattresses and also pillows! The store was very well kept and it was pleasure to come to the Ruislip store today :)

Very helpfull assitant who guided my daughter through bed choises regarding firmness and comfort of mattresses.

Customer service was fantastic and he understood what our needs were. He was not pushy in anyway for us to purchase anything which was nice and stress free.

Brilliant customer service, the staff couldn't have been better. Nice that we can spread the cost as well and ordering was quick and easy, highly impressed with dreams and will definitely recommend it.
