Very knowledgeable staff, who helped us in making our decisions easier. This made sure that that we didn't need to spend too much of our time in store with indecisiveness. We very very happy with our experience, and would highly recommend dreams again. Especially Nish/Hemal

your member of Staff Alex remembered us from a previous visit and was very helpful with our enquires. The shop was very busy as it was boxing day but they still had time to help us and others.

Knowledge and manner of sales staff was exemplary (Hemal at Ruislip); just the right level of showing us all the various options without being overly pushy. The whole transaction from viewing products to placing an order was seamless and professional. I wish all stores could be like this. The only downside was not being able to view a Valencia guest bed frame, but based on the positive internet reviews, we ordered this on faith.

When we went into the store a guy introduced himself and then at our request left us to it, he was busy when we had questions so another guy was happy to help, and did it with knowledge and speed, sold us what was right for us, bit more than we were hoping to spend but suited our needs better

All the staff we spoke to were very helpful. They didn't hassle us but were immediately available when we asked for help. Nothing was too much trouble. They were willing to offer their opinions but were not pushy. They offered us tea/coffee. We felt they genuinely cared about our needs and weren't just making a sale.

We were guided through our decision by Paul. He was very pleasant and not pushy. Did not overload us with too much information. Gave us so much time to decide. We even went back over them. At the end of day everyone is tired!! But he was still fresh in his chat and approach to helping us. H e could not have been more charming and helpful. His knowledge was good and he gave us technical points and off the cuff ideas and thoughts of what he liked too. (Particularly with pillows). All in all we felt we had made a good decision ourselves but with help from him. Not sales talk where he told us what to buy and we just went along with it. Excellent service.

I had a good shopping experience at your Ruislip store I was greeted by a member of the sales staff his name was Hemel , Hemel was very knowledgeable of the products and was a very polite person to me , I was shown different products and was told about them in a language I could understand and not technobable, I was offered tea and coffee while I was purchasing my goods which is a nice thing to do , I would certainly shop again at dreams and also recommend to my friends thanks for a good shopping experience
