Alex was very friendly to us from when we entered the store to right up until we had left, she even offered us refreshments. In the order process Alex made sure that we understood everything that was being put in front of us and went through the various policies of Dreams thoroughly. She also offered us insurance for eight years and also told us about the months satisfaction guarantee. Overall Alex' service was of a great standard as she was very warming. 10/10!
