I was served by the store manager and his knowledge of what would be suitable for me was second to none.... He really was a fantastic help

The customer service was very good we were made to feel very welcome and Prash took time to explain the bed features and offered refreshments i accompanied my elderly aunt who was looking for an adjustable bed We were disappointed that once we. chose the bed it was out of stock and we were unable to be given a delivery date

1st of all I want to give a shout out to Dhiren. He’s customer service went above & beyond. He did the sleep test with us, was really friendly. Also helped us make the right decision of picking the best mattress for us. The man who actually put the transaction through for us (didn’t get his name) was also, friendly & very professional. We were offered tea, coffee or water, a lovely touch to make us feel at home! I’m VERY happy with what I have experienced at your Ruislip Manor store. Would highly recommend & 100% be back in hopefully no sooner than 8 or so years 🤣 thank you dreams!!

I loved the warmth and absolutely fantastic customer experience provided by Prashan and Nish in the Ruislip Manor store, it was a breath taking and wonderful experience. I would rate the two of them as a A class and a star. Dreams are lucky to have a team member as Nish and Prashan. Simply amazing.

Great service the mattress felt great. Shame there was only 10% off when your tv advert said up to 60% off.

Staff Member Paul from the Ruislip Store gave full attention to our needs regarding the purchase of a King Size Divan bed. Very knowledgeable and answered our questions . Paul was very patient as we tried out quite a few mattresses till we found the right one. Thank you for great Customer Service given.
