Very good customer service - patient, helpful, friendly - not pushy.

On entering the Ruislip store, we were immediately greeted by Alex who offered her assistance. We had seen the item we wanted online and just wanted to check the level of firmness of the mattress. Although the mattress we wanted was not in the store, she showed us a number of beds which had similar specifications. She answered a number of our questions and explained the difference between the different types of mattresses. We were about to go and place the order online when she offered to do it in store. We were taken to her desk and offered tea or coffee. We placed the order, chose a delivery date and arranged for recycling of our old mattress, all within minutes. Alex is a friendly, knowledgeable and confident member of your sales team and I was very impressed with the excellent service that we received.

The assistant instore was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products available. As my husband and I are very different weights we have struggled in the past to find a mattress to suit us both, Paul advised us and steered us towards the right purchase without being pushy and gave us plenty of time to make up our own minds.

Plenty of items to look, lots of choice. Friendly and helpful staff, able to answer all our questions. Prompt ordering and delivery.

Hemal greeted me as soon as walked in, he offered me a coffee which was much appreciated. I told him about the bed I had seen online and he took me to a screen in the store and showed me to confirm what I was looking for.

Intelligent and well read up sales person who understood our need. Nothing was oversold; the sales process was very simple and straightforward.
